We feel you.  Our returns are two things:  1. Free.  2. No hassle.

We want you to looove your can holder. If you’re not totally thrilled (like, 100% thrilled), you can return or exchange any full priced item in unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the original payment method.

To return an item, click HERE (omg so easy).  Once we receive your item, we will promptly refund your original payment method.

To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the item you don’t want to keep (by clicking HERE), and then place a new order separately for the item you really want.

If you'd like to return or exchange an item you received as a gift, please send an email to help@iholddrinks.com, and we’ll go from there. Don’t worry, we won’t tell the person who gave it to you.

 

Shipping

We offer free U.S. ground shipping on orders of 2 or more coozies.

For orders of 1 coozie, shipping costs will depend on the shipping address and the shipping method you choose at checkout, but are typically super cheap.

At this time, we are not able to ship internationally (we're USA only).

Orders will ship in 1-2 business days, or as soon as humanly possible.
